This service includes a comprehensive strategy and planning meeting of up to 1 hour, during which we will explore your situation in detail and provide tailored advice and practical recommendations based on your specific needs. You will receive hands-on support throughout the court application process, including: Guidance in relation to your MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting) Assistance with preparing your C100 child arrangements application Support in preparing for your CAFCASS interview We aim to equip you with the knowledge and resources you need to move forward confidently. Please note: While this package offers robust support in the lead-up to your hearing, it does not include attendance at the hearing itself.
